Users were separated into two roles in previous versions: Administrators and Users.
Two other roles have been added to this version: Postmaster and Packager.

Rights
User
User rights are based on the policies set out by the ePigeon administrator. Using these policies, users can create and manage their own messages, user groups and templates.
Postmaster
Postmasters can manage all the messages in the ePigeon Server database, irrespective of where they come from. They can also create and manage ePigeon groups as well as the templates to be shared.
Packager
Packagers have all the same rights as the Postmasters. They can also create and manage packages.
Administrator
Administrators have full rights. Only administrators can modify policies, configure the server and assign roles.
The role of Administrator is required in order to define the policies to be applied to Users. As with previous versions, the policies can be Universal (to be applied to all users) and/or individual (to be applied to an individual user). Policies are not applicable to higher roles. Administrators can define these policies directly from their ePigeon Client.
